I just left almost 30 minutes ago. They are short staffed, and I can tell they are still offering the BEST service! When I arrived there were more customers than they can actually handle. One of the ladies (red braids) helping in the kitchen JUMPED to the front to assist the young man who was on the register. They ALL kept their cool and I can see they are working hard. I just want to say thank you. My lunch is DELICIOUS as usual. I appreciate you all

Very bad experience. Manager was very unprofessional and was make a big deal of her work. It was busy, and she was verbally out loud complaining about everything she had to do. You can hear her yelly for the back. Poor work skills not a good manager.

It is cold on there but the front cashier was very kind and offered a free refill of my lemonade. They have a good variety menu. Gluten free white bread is a option too just a few upcharge fee. The chicken and dumpling soup was delicious. The food was very warm and fast. I'm impressed.

I went online to find a place to eat found McAllister’s went to their website and selected delivery ordered my food paid for it and received notification that my food would be delivered at 8:01 PM. I never received an email notification, however, after waiting for my food to be delivered and it was not, I called the restaurant and was told that my food was sitting there getting cold waiting for someone to pick it up that’s pretty amazing seeing that I had ordered delivery so I’m just saying I would not go to this restaurant. They did nothing for me except give me a cold drink when I came and picked my food. I’ve been sitting there for 45 minutes.

I went with family of 3. We ordered 1 full potato and 2 half and halfs. The food didn't take too long for it to be fresh. Everything looked esthetically pleasing and the taste matched. None of us had 1 complaint. We enjoyed our meals completely.
