I went online to find a place to eat found McAllister’s went to their website and selected delivery ordered my food paid for it and received notification that my food would be delivered at 8:01 PM. I never received an email notification, however, after waiting for my food to be delivered and it was not, I called the restaurant and was told that my food was sitting there getting cold waiting for someone to pick it up that’s pretty amazing seeing that I had ordered delivery so I’m just saying I would not go to this restaurant. They did nothing for me except give me a cold drink when I came and picked my food. I’ve been sitting there for 45 minutes.

I went with family of 3. We ordered 1 full potato and 2 half and halfs. The food didn't take too long for it to be fresh. Everything looked esthetically pleasing and the taste matched. None of us had 1 complaint. We enjoyed our meals completely.

My first time eating at McAlister's and I enjoyed the ambiance. My sandwich was made fresh and the soup was a great.
They have many different options from salads, sandwiches, soups and more. I recommend this deli for lunch.

I had a club sandwich and it was great. No fries here. You can choose a bag of chips. Basic, simple, easy, and good.

The service was good too. They cleared our trays while we were still sitting and visiting. I would definitely go again.

Cashier barely spoke, maybe ten words total. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there, tried to charge me too much. She should be fired - put someone there who likes to talk to people.

The sanwiches are great. I come for lunch often. Shout out to Adriana who took care of our order for providing excellent customer service. She was attentive, thorough and went above the minimum that most employees usually provide.

Tiana Medical Solution Center

We drove an hour and a half down to have lunch here today. Online says open, the door sign is lit up open, and the workers placed a paper sign on the door saying temporarily closed. They’re sitting inside at the counters. We are so disappointed.

The food is delicious and fresh. Lots of variety. My favorites are the southwest chicken and the roast beef. The only detail is the attention. All employees are always in a bad mood. Especially the manager. I asked him a question and he answered me rudely. As if I had to know.

This is by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Last week, I waited in line to place my order, and when I approached the register, I was met by Ms. Destiny. Throughout the ordering process, Destiny was extremely rude and seemed to be intentionally trying to confuse me. While waiting for my food, I overheard Destiny speaking loudly about my appearance and making unkind remarks about how I was dressed. When another employee informed her that I could hear everything, she just laughed and continued with her inappropriate comments.
I confronted her and asked to speak with the manager, but she claimed the manager wasn’t there and that she was the shift leader that day. In my opinion, Destiny is unfit to work in customer service, let alone lead a team. She sets a poor example for others and creates a negative atmosphere for customers.
I even tried to reach the manager on a different day by phone, but no one answered. Destiny’s behavior is unacceptable, and she should not be allowed to continue working in this establishment. I hope management takes immediate action to address this issue.

was very good the service was very nice it was labor day weekend allot of people were out,the employees not many but they did their best and that is always appreciated! It was worth it ! Thank you
