My little brother literally had his bag pulled out of his hands by an employee — a Chilean guy who always wears a cap and glasses. He’s been rude before, but this time he went way too far. Instead of talking to us or even checking what was going on, he just snatched the bag like we were doing something wrong. I told him to just ring us up correctly and asked for a receipt, especially since he never puts paper in the machine. It’s always some kind of issue with this place. I get that most of the workers here are young, but that’s exactly why a manager needs to actually supervise. And honestly, the manager had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t handle anything, didn’t step in properly, and somehow managed to make it feel like we were the problem. He made my whole family feel like we were trying to steal, which was completely disrespectful and unnecessary.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location, but it’s definitely the worst experience so far. The attitude, the lack of training, and the overall disrespect from the staff are unacceptable. No family should ever be treated this way, and a manager shouldn’t allow this kind of behavior from anyone on their team.

Dirty place, bad attention and terrible service, the manager should do a check as soon as possible, they made a mistake with the order and they also get upset for doing their job poorly. Not recommended, go somewhere else, you'll thank me.

For the first time in my life I ate the worst Burger at a McDonald's....cold...hard...I had a long time left...I didn't take it back for fear of the cooks' revenge. ....this place is the worst...bad experience
On 12/25 i took my son to the drive thru and ordered a happy meal with extra fries and a milkshake. After paying we had to wait 10 MINUTES for the car ahead of us to get its order - no apologies whatsoever. I noticed the fries were small size so I said we had ordered large fries. They asked for the ticket and indeed we had not been charged for the extra fries and I was told I could pay extra for the larger fries to which I responded “seriously after waiting 10 minutes to get served you really think charging extra for this is fair?” Obviously there was no reply nor apology. This is a terrible and run down location, TO BE AVOIDED.
