This is the worst burger ive ever had. They made my food wrong on the first order. I got all the way home and I had to go back. They made the order correctly the 2nd time, but it tastes terrible. I through it away. Never again!!

I have to say this is one of the stingiest McDonald’s in Miami. They never give you more than one sauce when you ask. Even if you ordered three McNuggets meals.. also wait time in drive thru is like 15 minutes minimum unless it’s empty..

if i could give a zero star i would! i just got off my shift from my work and nothing was open but mcdonalds. used my points since i forgot my card at home and did a separate order with cash at the drive thru. Person on intercom didnt let me finish and when i asked him to add what he cut me off on onto the order, he rolled his eyes and just said the total for the things he did put down. just because your job is miserable doesnt mean you get to be rude to the customers. i work customer service too but i dont treat people that way off the job if i had a bad day.

A piece of advice for the owners, change that person who is urgent, they are a person who treats the person badly, I mean the managers are very rude, they really lack respect, that's why they have a very low rating.

Way better than the nicer looking one on 79th Ave and 107th St. The long lines were processed much faster than that one, and the food wasn't half-a$$ed.
Update 10/18/24: Don't like the cheaper cup design for the McFlurry, but that's not their fault. It seems like the staff has now gotten much better and quicker all these years later. Even their English has gotten a bit better; whereas before, it was pretty non-existent. Glad to see the staff substantially improve after all these years.
