I went into that McDonald’s and I ordered a classic cheeseburger cause I was little at the time, but when I got it it was a regular Burger I went to the server and told them that my order was wrong and then when they checked it, they said oh, it must’ve been a mistake and then they finally gave but then, again, with my older brother I went back must’ve been like five months after the incident and the same thing happen again I went back to the server and he was the same guy I told him that what I ordered was a cheeseburger and not a hamburger and when he checked The order he said it was correct I clearly remembered ordering a cheeseburger and not a hamburger!!! So then I had to buy another burger and then they finally gave me my cheeseburger. I would eat here, but if there was another one down the street, I’d go to the other one this one’s kind of mediocre.

Just visiting from Denver this McDonald’s Donald’s was great inside and outside very clean . The service was great one staff member brought the food we ordered to our table. I would recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

Large fries where not large, but half filled, I waited 15 minutes for a dbl cheeseburger, large fries and fish sandwich. Really?? That's not fast food. And the fish sandwich looks like it was put together by a 4 yr old, cheeses half hanging off the bun. And the burger looked sat on. C'mon.

ordered the new gold deluxe chicken sandwich but excluded the pickles. when i got home i open my sandwich to see they only gave me the chicken sandwich when i paid for a deluxe which includes bacon tomatoes and lettuce. it wasn’t an issue of being rushed because there was a long line because even the worker themselves told us it was slow that night. not the first time my order is wrong in this mcdonald’s.

Refused to make me cookies at 12:30 am despite it not being an item on their “Not available after midnight” list. Drive thru employees need discipline and basic human interaction skills. Also refused to add me another order to my current order, basically refusing service. Overall terrible they need to clear house and start over with their night shift employees.

Security Concern at McDonald’s – Dangerous Instructions to Uber Eats Drivers
On August 7th, 2025, at 11:54 PM, at 7570 NW 104th Ave, Doral, FL 33178, we experienced a serious safety issue while working for Uber Eats.
According to the Uber Eats app, if the lobby is closed, delivery drivers are instructed to pick up orders at the drive-thru window without walking through the drive-thru lane for safety reasons. However, the employee at the first window (the cashier) ordered us to walk and stand directly in the drive-thru lane, where vehicles pass, putting us at risk of being hit by a car.
We politely explained that Uber Eats policy does not allow us to stand there due to safety concerns. Instead of understanding, the employee closed the window abruptly in a rude manner while we were still speaking. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also completely dismissive of a legitimate safety concern.
We believe McDonald’s should train their staff to follow proper delivery protocols and treat delivery drivers with respect, especially when safety is involved.
The worst McDonald's...you can spend up to 45 minutes waiting in the drive-thru. It's always the same 🤨

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has pushed me to share my frustration. This McDonald's has completely gone downhill. Every time I come here, it’s a disaster. I’ve had to wait forever for a cup of coffee, and when I finally get it, it’s wrong—again. It’s honestly unbelievable how a simple cup of coffee can be such a struggle for them. It’s clear no one here cares about doing their job properly. If you want a cup of coffee that’s mostly milk with absolutely no flavor, then this is the place for you. Just awful.
