Deserted restaurant so very quiet.
Large order for 18 people, lots of waste of pear paper bags wrapping the menus while we ate there.

This place is a joke they keep their restaurant dirty the tables all sticky restrooms are all in need of a deep cleaning you ask for a dine in and not a to go order and they give you a to go order then the rush you to get out of the restaurant I've never seen such a bad service in my 43 years on this earth they need to close down this place

I like this McDonald's but when they don't have a drink, the option they give you to order is charged at an extremely expensive regular price. That is a lack of respect since the client has a budget. And if the drink machine is broken it is not the customer's fault. So they had to have another consideration and give the drink accordingly in the order without charging extra.

The only deal McDonald's had they took away with their buy one add one for a buck is a flipping joke. Complete RiP OFF don't spend money at McDonald's
Not good service very arrogant staff..
I just stopped by this McDonald’s for a snack, but ended up leaving. Why? Because I decided to stop by the restroom before ordering and while I was doing my deed the light in the bathroom was turned off. Listen, I know it’s good to be eco conscious, and I am all for it. But I am not okay with the timer in the sensor of the Women’s bathroom at this establishments, it’s a health and safety hazard. Let me explain…
I was only there for a minute or two, when the light turned off as I was still in the middle of my deed on the toilet. And because the sensor is only in the hallway area of the bathroom, it couldn’t sense I was still inside and shut off the light.
After moving around (as best I could in my situation) to gesture the sensor I found no success in alerting it of my presence. Left with no resolve, I then proceeded to finish my deed in the dark for a few more minutes and then clean myself in that same condition. My experience was a uncomfortable and irritating, but honestly also unhygienic because let’s face it, it isn’t very easy to properly wipe or clean up in the dark.
Thankfully, I had my phone and it light up a bit of the stall as I tried to conclude my deed. But imagine holding your phone with one hand while you try to wipe yourself because you can’t see? Then consider I am able bodied and have good balance, but what about if was a child, a disabled person, or an elderly individual. They would surely be in a greater disadvantage in my situation.
Now, I am elaborating on this and giving you one star, until you assure me that this sensor has been adjusted to be on for at least 5-10 minutes before shutting off on your customers.
You may think I am petty, and I am. But I am mostly doing this because I had to wash my hand 3-4 times unsure on how well I cleaned myself with grace in the dark. Which ultimately affected my customer experience and killed my appetite, therefore making you lose money.
I then considered the bigger issues of this, and dedicated 15 minutes of my time to make this complaint as a way to protest this mad practice of leaving your customers in the dark when on the toilet to save some micro cents on your light bill.
Clearly I am not happy, and I hope your management makes changes soon. 😑

Terrible customer service! Racist af, if you’re not from a Spanish speaking country you will not be served right away, you’ll be told to wait while the cashiers talk to the other customers in Spanish. Very rude, not attentive to customers. You should consider spending your money elsewhere.

Yesterday 11/23/2024 around 7:30 at night I suffered in front of my autistic child a bad costumer service from a clerk, from that place we must have more trained personnel in these places that children like so much. Children, I will never step into that establishment again.
