You pay at the self-service to wait at the table as mentioned in the description and the person is left shouting for their number on the balcony. And the employees arguing among themselves in the kitchen.
That's terrible for someone who is in a place to eat and relax.

They have lost a lot of quality and also a few days ago I visited one on 12th and 84th I think in Doral to buy some orange juice I asked them to give me some ice because I was on the street and I had run out of water and they told me that Now they sell the ice. Ufff the manneger wanted me to buy a bag of ice or 0.60 a glass hahaha I hope they sell a lot it seems that sales are low
