Recently I visited the Doral Commons Menchie's where I received stellar service from one of the employees. This employee was named Sophia N. I was lost and confused at which frozen yogurt flavor to pick, as I've only been at a Menchie's a few times. The yogurt was very good, however the girl in the front was very disrespectful as she was flirting with my boyfriend right in front of me and was purposely not acknowledging my presence.
I started going to Menchies last year, and since then I've been to several menchies locations, but nothing, nothing, NOTHING compares to this Menchies. It's spectacular. All the employees treat me with respect and kindness. They brighten my day. They greet me with a warm welcome, a smile, and attend to me happily.
