Small menu. I mean it. Probably less than 15 dishes total for a big size restaurant. Still gets 4 stars because it is good food and plenty of sides included on the dishes they serve. Price its decent considering portion size and quality. Drinks its where they get you as always. A glass of sangria and a virgin pina colada alone was 22 dollars. Food was 44. Oh, and service was amazing, well educated and polite waitress.Parking: Plenty of parking and lots of handicap spaces.

To be a good tripe it has to have alberjas and other ingredients which could improve the flavor of the current tripe that you serve. Maybe a little more variety on the menu. Juan is a great hostess, he was very helpful.

Mondongo's Restaurante truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and warm. However, what truly made the experience unforgettable was Sandra, our amazing waitress. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail elevated our dining experience to new heights. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, but she also offered fantastic recommendations tailored to our preferences. Sandra's friendly demeanor and professionalism made us feel right at home. The food itself was a masterpiece; each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Mondongo's Restaurante, paired with Sandra's exceptional service, is a must-visit for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

All the dishes are very delicious, the ajiaco does not taste like ajiaco, but it is still a very good soup.

Mondongo is a place to eat like at home, however the price does not allow you to eat so frequently.Ajiaco is delicious, it tastes like grandma's soup. The portions are large and they don't skimp on the ingredients. My companion ordered a fish and he really liked it, he said it was cooked perfectly.I have come many times and I have not been able to order something different because the experience of the soup does not allow me to order another dish.To drink, they recommended a lemonade with coconut water! It was super refreshing and most importantly…. Natural! That's what differentiates Mondongo from other restaurants, the ingredients!Parking: It is next to the restaurant and is quite spacious.
