1 thing which disturbs is that gluten free thin crust comes in small size, why is it that the normal thin crust comes only in large size? Something you need to do better Papa Johns

I’ve had a long history of getting the incorrect sauces (putting garlic sauce in the order but getting pizza sauce instead), and so I decided to call ahead to ensure that I get garlic sauce. I spoke to the manager (assuming it was one, I clicked 5 on the call menu to take me to a manager) and he was very rude. When I told him about getting pizza sauce despite putting garlic sauce, he said it was “standard procedure, and if you put garlic sauce, you will get garlic sauce”. I repeated myself saying that I in fact do put garlic sauce and NOT pizza sauce, only for him to, with a condescending tone of voice, repeat the same thing he just said. I then repeated what I said emphasizing that I put garlic sauce for every single item in every one of my orders. He then drably said okay, then hung up on me. Horrible customer service and treated like I don’t know what i’m talking about despite months of repeat experiences.
One star, order from another location. These people aren’t worth your money.

This location take very long during luch time to deliver. Was expecting it for luch time it arrived after couldnt eat, didnt even try to make it right. Wont order delivery again I am sure the pizza is good

On Friday June 6 at around 9:30pm called to place an order when i arrived to pick it up 45 minutes later , he said sorry forgot to put it in...then he told me it will take 10 more minutes...went outside came back 15 minutes later and he forgot again to out it in...they were busy but his not too caring attitude I was very disappointed. He offered me a brownie...I was upset by this offering...I asked to camcel the rder and asked for my money back after waiting for over 1 hour and 15 minutes....horrible place

I ordered a pizza a few days ago. As soon as I put my order in online I called the restaurant to ask them if they can run it thru the oven twice. The guy that answered had a bad attitude and said we can’t do that it will burn. I’ve had this done and several other locations with no problems. I then said I want it extra well done that’s fine he said we can’t cook it twice and hung up on me. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my food I ask the girl at the register that the name of the guy was that answered the phone. She said I can’t tell you that. I told her I wanted to make a complaint and I want to speak to the manager she said I am the manager. I explained what happen and she said I can run it thru again if you want. I said why could he just do that when I asked. All he had to say was unfortunately at this location we aren’t allowed to cook food twice thru the oven and that would have been the end of it. Instead you get an attitude and hang up. This place has people working there with no customer service skills. This will be the last time I ever go to this location again.
No problem with this location. Service is quick, and the food is always great.

They sent me an incorrect order. Also the food isn’t even hot it’s at room temperature. When I called the store, someone picks up the phone, but does not speak at all. I tried calling several times and get the same results each time.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and one arrived completely destroyed, I went to the restaurant and they sent me another pizza in perfect condition in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much. I liked the service, and I understand that sometimes they pay for accidents, but the good thing is that they responded quickly and with good service.

Do not use there app solo. Only use from DoorDash or Uber Eats. My experience was not a good one using there app. They put a prior authorization on your bank and it will take 3 to five business days to get a refund if your zip code does not work or for any reason your card does not work period. Please do not try to use there app on the web. Only third party. Make sure all information is correct. Papa John’s system is not forgiving. This has been my experience. Other than that I found the pizza to be good. I did not like the New York style as I thought the crust was very thin. I would stick with the original version of crust. Hope my review makes a difference. I crave a good pizza sometimes. Plenty of good options available out there. Always look at peoples reviews before making a decision please. Happy eating.
