I ordered a pizza a few days ago. As soon as I put my order in online I called the restaurant to ask them if they can run it thru the oven twice. The guy that answered had a bad attitude and said we can’t do that it will burn. I’ve had this done and several other locations with no problems. I then said I want it extra well done that’s fine he said we can’t cook it twice and hung up on me. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my food I ask the girl at the register that the name of the guy was that answered the phone. She said I can’t tell you that. I told her I wanted to make a complaint and I want to speak to the manager she said I am the manager. I explained what happen and she said I can run it thru again if you want. I said why could he just do that when I asked. All he had to say was unfortunately at this location we aren’t allowed to cook food twice thru the oven and that would have been the end of it. Instead you get an attitude and hang up. This place has people working there with no customer service skills. This will be the last time I ever go to this location again.

They sent me an incorrect order. Also the food isn’t even hot it’s at room temperature. When I called the store, someone picks up the phone, but does not speak at all. I tried calling several times and get the same results each time.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and one arrived completely destroyed, I went to the restaurant and they sent me another pizza in perfect condition in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much. I liked the service, and I understand that sometimes they pay for accidents, but the good thing is that they responded quickly and with good service.

Do not use there app solo. Only use from DoorDash or Uber Eats. My experience was not a good one using there app. They put a prior authorization on your bank and it will take 3 to five business days to get a refund if your zip code does not work or for any reason your card does not work period. Please do not try to use there app on the web. Only third party. Make sure all information is correct. Papa John’s system is not forgiving. This has been my experience. Other than that I found the pizza to be good. I did not like the New York style as I thought the crust was very thin. I would stick with the original version of crust. Hope my review makes a difference. I crave a good pizza sometimes. Plenty of good options available out there. Always look at peoples reviews before making a decision please. Happy eating.

Terrible service, they were going to deliver my pizza and they dropped it and they looked at me with a bad face, they touched their entire body and the order screens and still they served my food without washing them or gloves at all, what bad service

SAMUEL gave me an order. And terrible service to a customer like me who orders a lot there! An entire order was paid! Which arrived incomplete and upon calling THEY GAVE NO SOLUTION! The money was CHARGED ON MY CARD AND I WAS WITHOUT THE ORDER...... terrible service and response from the BOSS IN CHARGE OF THE STORE!!!!! Simple, it's like returning to my card what was charged and didn't arrive! Or having sent what was not sent! I will send corporate email too.
I want to highlight the service of the person who answered my call, I believe his name is SAM, he was definitely amazing, patient, willing to help and courteous. Your food and food is very much appreciated. Thank you!!!

Service is really terrible here. Staff was eating while “serving me”, which was more like handing me what I was asking for while not saying a word. I said “Hi” with a smile when I approached the counter and out of 3 people, 1 said “what?”. Probably won’t be coming back.

I ordered 1 hour and a half I advance to have the pizza delivered on time for lunch. The pizza hadn't changed status until I called the first time and they responded that they are just waiting on the driver. It's been another half an hour and the status of the pizza is until now being prepared. I've called 3 times and they Hung up. This is the 4th time and I've been on hold for more than 10 min. The pizza place is less than 10 min away.
