I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and one arrived completely destroyed, I went to the restaurant and they sent me another pizza in perfect condition in less than 15 minutes. Thank you so much. I liked the service, and I understand that sometimes they pay for accidents, but the good thing is that they responded quickly and with good service.

Do not use there app solo. Only use from DoorDash or Uber Eats. My experience was not a good one using there app. They put a prior authorization on your bank and it will take 3 to five business days to get a refund if your zip code does not work or for any reason your card does not work period. Please do not try to use there app on the web. Only third party. Make sure all information is correct. Papa John’s system is not forgiving. This has been my experience. Other than that...
