Came to have lunch with my associate. And the service was horrible. We never got served water and was never asked which should be a normal routine. The server was worried about other things and not looking at our table at all. It looked like he was to worried about other things. I was not planning to tip him because of the bad service he provided but this restaurant already charges you the tip and than ask for additional tip. The food was great but if the service doesn't follow with the food outcome than this is not a restaurant I will recommend to go to. Your customer service needs to be a priority no matter what. And this restaurant obligates customer to pay for service that clearly was HORRIBLE. SEE RECEIPTS ATTACHED . YOU GUYS NEED TO BE MORE ATTENTIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AT ALL TIMES. NOT HAVE YOUR CUSTOMER LOOK BACK TO GET ATTENTION. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The service is great and the place is well decorated. My problem was the prices for the food. $22+ for patacon pisao with chicken seems too high for me. $9 for limondada de coco is also too pricey. Then add on 18% gratuity included and youre looking at a high bill.
