Last night I ate an arepa that looked like a cold flip-flop and I asked the girl several times if it was ready and she told me no and they had it there and wouldn't give it to me. To that we add that they put less and less filling. My suggestion is to pay a little more and go to Samán.

I’ve been a regular here, but after last night, I’m done. I came with my sister in at 11 PM, an hour before closing, and the staff couldn’t have been more rude. The cook and cashier were openly disrespectful, talking trash and clearly couldn’t care less about the customers. To top it off, they threw a dirty glove right on top of my food—completely disgusting and unsanitary. This place has zero respect for basic hygiene or its regulars. If you want to be treated like dirt and served with trash in your food, this is the place for you. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!

Following a Venezuelan baseball game, this was a great meal. The arepa was so full I made a second meal of it.
I visit Pepitos quite often, but today I had a terrible experience. The service was more than awful. When I ordered my food, I heard the cashier and the cook cursing and making comments about what I was ordeing that made me feel very uncomfortable and upset.
I even asked if there was a problem and mentioned that if it was going to take too long, I could order something else or just to cancel the order, the cashier gave me very bad attitude, she didn’t even respond to me.
I paid, received my food, and when I got home and open the box, I found an used pair of glove on top of my food. This is very unprofessional and reflects poorly on this establishment and its management.
I definitely don’t recommend this place!!!

Arepa was delicious. The only thing that worried me is none of the girls in the kitchen are wearing hairnets. And they have very long hair that’s pretty loose.

I went to eat and after waiting 20 minutes I heard the person serving saying that they didn't have arepas and that I had to wait 15 to 20 more minutes. The worst thing is that he says it to me laughing.
There were no customers so I don't understand how an arepa restaurant didn't have arepas.
Previously the service at the place had been excellent but the last 3 times the service has not been good.
