Horrible service. They never answer the phone. Every time I get Uber eats they don’t get the order correct. DO NOT ORDER their pan con bistec. I have ordered it 3x and they've all tasted bad. Never ordering from here again. I tried giving them a chance multiple times and they also fail.

What a disappointment about this place. I placed an order for a coworker's birthday and 1 minute before delivery I received an email that the Bakery canceled the order. How is this possible??? When the delivery man was already on his way. And I call them and they don't answer. Really what a disappointment! I don't recommend them at all. Now how do I throw my coworker's birthday party??? And the worst of all is that they charged and they say that they will return the money in 10 business days. Wordless!
Visiting Pinecrest Bakery was quite an experience… unforgettable, but for the wrong reasons. I ordered a coffee, and apparently letting the customer know when it's ready is not part of the service. When I finally asked for it, it was already cold, so at least you can say it was “served patiently.” If that wasn't enough, my toast came with a “special ingredient”: a hair. What an original detail.
The staff, for their part, deserve special mention for their lack of friendliness and professionalism. Their unpleasant attitude really elevates the experience to another level. If what you are looking for is bad service and unappetizing food, this is the ideal place. I, for my part, do not plan to return. I have photos in case the manager contacts me to send them to him. What unpleasant service.

My experience in this bakery was the worst, they sold me an old and hard cake, also with a horrible taste, I returned it to the bakery to get my money back or to exchange it for another one, the manager of this place did not I was there and I left the cake at the bakery so that the next day she would realize the rubbish they sold me, the next day I called the bakery and was able to talk to the manager, for this woman the cake was fresh and perfect for she. They practically stole my money and also kept the cake, perhaps they will use the same cake they sold me to resell to another unsuspecting person like me. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.
