We had an incredible experience at Pisco y Nazca.
We did the prix fixe lunch menu - which was an incredible deal - and the food was some of the best Peruvian I’ve had! I had the tuna tartare tacos, el ceviche de ají amarillo, y el flan.
Andrés was an excellent server - he made our experience even better. I’d happily go back anytime (and I may before I leave Miami).

I love the ambience, the physical configuration, the restaurant/lounge environment and the ambient music.
We were looking for something like this for dinner in Doral and this was a no-brainer. Above all was the staff, from the Manager Diego to our hostess, Diana They are knowledgeable, understanding and add to the homeliness of our dining experience. I have no hesitation in amplifying this recommendation.
The food was delicious! I have the Lomo saltado and Boa buns. Diana was a sweet heart!
