Restaurant screwed up an order - which baffles me when they get the entire order in writing to avoid any misunderstanding of what a customer is expecting... and I spent 15 minutes on the phone with Dendra in customer torment, oh excuse me I mean customer "service".... Only to learn that the "report" needs to be filed and hung up on me because o had the nerve to ask when I would be issued a refund or at least hear back from whoever this is being escalated to, like give a sister something to go off of... had to spend FOUR HOURS chatting with maybe the only service agent that actually tried to help, Gabriel Espinoza. Gabriel empathized, he found Dendra was not only nasty and rude, but never filed the report - by the way if a customer is calling to file a complaint and you're a dick... you can pretty much expect you will now also be included in that complaint... Gabriel filed the report, filed my grievance against Dendra and confirmed the refund team would review and process within 24 hours. So simple! I don't know why this location hates the Chicken Caesar so much, but every time I order it I can't eat it.. minimum 4 times I. The last 6 weeks... order a full size chicken Caesar salad.. get the salad no dressing... do you eat a dry salad? I don't.. bye hard earned money.. again and again. The last straw.. ordered a full sized chicken Caesar salad. What I got? A side salad.. I spent over 12 hours at my office today.. this was supposed to be my main meal all day.. what...?! So I call the restaurant.. automated system. Ok, call customer service, I mean it's an online order they can easily see what was ordered and I can send a picture of what I got. Simple, no? Apparently not.

Amazing food, the new employee in the drive-in, but only at night, she's very kind, I'm not sure her name is Mariam, sometimes I get in line and I get angry, but obviously I forget, and forgive her when the lady talks to me, very patient, but if I only have 30 minutes to eat and if the kitchen needs faster

I love pollo tropical but this is the worst location I have ever been to... everyone working here is very slow. I avoided the drive thru because the line was so long, inside was about 3-4 orders took them 15-20mins .. i don't suggest coming here unless you want to wait forever for fast food

I come to this pollo tropical every day and every day I have an issue with one of the employees. Always getting my order wrong and don't even bother online ordering. Ordered my food two hours in advance and when I got here at the time I scheduled to pick it up they told me I had 6 people ahead of me and since the restaurant was full I had to wait. It's been 20 minutes past the scheduled time and I still do not have my food. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Unbelievable.

I'm usually in Doral a lot around lunch time so I tend to bring my lunch with me. But on days where I forget or just didn't make lunch I opt for fast food. In my opinion I feel that Pollo Tropical is a semi healthier version of fast food than getting your usual burger or fried chicken nuggets. I have to say this Pollo Tropical (I have been to a few) is pretty good. The food is always consistent when I come and the flavors seem to be on point. What impresses me the most is the wait.. it's usually never something over 5 minutes. I've been to Pollo Tropical restaurants where the wait inside and outside is easily 10 minutes or a little over but not here. I've been lucky enough to drive in to the drive thru and quickly drive back out. This is a huge plus as my time is very limited on my break!!!!

Enjoyed having the opportunity to eat Caribbean inspired food from people who know how to cook it! Food was flavorful but not hot. Only bad thing was the water leak from the ceiling near the register and serving counter and also the fact homeless individuals made this a hangout spot near people like me who was trying to enjoy lunch.
The only reason I gave four stars is because of the great service from Antuan. While in the DRIVE THRU waiting for our order we saw roaches inside the vicinity. The roach flew down to the floor. This just makes us cringe.

First time trying Pollo Tropical and I Absolutely loved it (delicious -delicious). Chicken had a great flavor to it and was cooked just right. You can order inside restaurant or even better if you are on the go you can order at there drive through which Is a plus. friendly staff highly recommend this chicken joint if you are in Miami.

This is my second time visiting Pollo Tropical. We do not have one of these up North, so I am intrigued by this style of fast food. I had got the combo with ribs and chicken with rice and beans. It was pretty good considering it was a fast food restaurant. The chicken was very well seasoned, and the ribs has a nice flavor to them. They have tons of sauces you can take with you, that is a huge plus. Id give this place a try if your near one. Its pretty good.

The very best Pollo T in doral. Service/food/prices are the very best of any rest. in doral. Drive thru BEFORE 11:15 am is a breeze. A tip for those lunching in Doral.... Anything after 11am, bring your own lunch. Its a zoo anywhere in doral and they just keep on building!
