The food is great! Service is good as well. I only wish they had more choices when it comes to dipping sauces.

Okay let me start by saying the chicken tenders were warm and crispy. This is great since all they do is chicken tenders so it should be good. Fries were soggy and gross. The Texas toast was also soggy and not as good as other times. The coleslaw was good I gave two stars because only half of the items were good. The 5th star I based on parking. This place sucks. The lot is small if you can get into it. I really do not understand how they were able to open with such a small parking lot and drive thru line. Most raising cranes I have seen always have long lines. If you go after 5 pm do not park in the lot next to it. You will get a boot and sticker on your car. I went to pick up an order. I was inside for less than 5 minutes and came out to a boot on my car. Lucky for the guy was still there so I paid the fee and got it off. Chatting with the guy he said they are there often because the owner of raising cranes didn't want to figure out a deal with the bank plaza owners so the bank plaza owners do not want customers using the lot. Now if that is true or not I don't know. What I do know is that raising cranes has been open for a while and this has been an issue. They should care about their customers to figure out a solution.

Food is great as always. The service was good but the restaurant didn’t open on time. I just happened to be there when they opened (10 am), and it took them almost 20 minutes to open the doors to the restaurant. They were extremely late. The atmosphere is good but the parking situation there is awful. It really affects you negatively when it takes forever to find a spot for dine-in or take-out. Also, the drive-thru line is too long. It’s a good place but the concept and design could’ve been thought out better.

This place is a joke! Chicken and fries were under cooked and soggy. Absolutely tasteless food not even salt on the fries. No utensils giving with the food at drive through. They expect you to eat the cold slaw with fingers. Horrible food! Eat at Popeyes if you want chicken. Frozen chicken fingers at home are better than this dump.
