Red Shallot is one of the greatest casual restaurants in the greater Miami area. Bill, the owner, and his family are genuinely kind and welcoming people and they treat every customer as if they are family. I’m not local to the area, but whenever I’m in Miami, I make sure we go to Red Shallot. The food is authentic, the service is wonderful. 10/10 experience.

Listen, if you are from NYC like me, this Asian food absolutely dominates whatever you have eaten. From the atmosphere and the service to the food, all excellent. They treat you like a king, really rare to see this much passion in every aspect of this restaurant. Best Asian food I have ever eaten.

I placed an order for pick up of shrimp fried rice and chicken fried rice and it was horrible, it had no salt and they did not send any cutlery or sauces.

We loved it! We were from out of town and needed a delicious place to eat for the evening before going to the hotel. They accommodated our food allergies and took care of us as if we were family. The owners are very nice and interacted with us. It was great. They were real people with a passion for their cuisine and feeding others. The food is made to order, and was delicious! If we visit Miami in the future, we're going to make sure we eat here again.

I was not impressed with my dish. Very dry, with no sauce, dry beef, and no flavor. I'm not sure if I had a 1/8 of the pound of meat, with little vegetables. What with lettuce served with rice? (I don't want Italian mix with Chinese). Owners are nice, but again, I'm super disappointed with food. Please add more sauce, which will make better taste and flavor to that specific dish.
