I love coming to this place because the food is amazing and the service is so lovely. I recently placed an order but was having issues with the website and was unable to process anything. I called the location and the manger Maria was so sweet and kind. She helped me resolve my issue. There is no place like rice where you receive the love and warmth when you walk in. You place an order and it says it’ll be ready in 10 minutes is a lie be ready to wait an extra 25-35 minutes for your food. This is the second time this happens. Food is good. Just very slow service.
The Rice Mediterranean Kitchen Doral is a good place with delectable dishes and a customer service that it is overall good but it needs improvement ( I was talking with one of them about an error in the app/online order, and a lady came and said "oh that's how it is, period" and "they're going to remove the app anyways"). It is not always like that and ususally the staff is attentive and knowledgeable, creating a good dining experience. Another issues...
