Aesthetic is great. Very pretty
Ice cream mid at best.
Customer service wasn’t great
Limited to two tries of icecream even tho the place was empty on a Friday night
I wouldn’t come back for this ice cream
I got circus and my husband got some other one
This place hit the spot. Sooo beautiful and sooo good. The flavors are legit — you can actually taste the real ingredients, not just sugar. I had the cookies and cream and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. Super creamy, not overly sweet, and the portion was just right. The place itself is simple, nothing fancy, but clean and chill. The staff was cool too, If you’re in the mood for good ice cream without all the hype, this place is definitely worth it!!
Just because the rap music is in Spanish doesn't mean that the cursing is in Spanish. Had a lot of explaining to do to my kids. I have to give it to the server for not maintaining eye contact, serving ice cream one handed while not letting go of the phone. I don't think blasting Bad Bunny in a kid's ice cream shop is good practice. 2 Stars because the ice cream was OK.
The ice cream is good and customer service is usually good when we come but today Diego took care of us he is not very enthusiastic and doesn’t care about meeting the client’s expectations.
Best Ice cream in Miami. Lovely experience and the crew the best.
Terrible place, I arrived 5 minutes before closing and drove right there to buy an ice cream because I like the place, and they wouldn't let me in claiming that they had nothing left without even knowing what I wanted, or if anything I wanted I would have liked it, I don't understand why they set a closing time if employees simply close the doors when they no longer want to work. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I always love love loved this loacation so much but I have always had a problem with staff. In my most recent visit, they marked pricing wrong. I asked to buy a product and I bought it. I checked the packaging and the price was 3.99$ which was not a problem until we checked the credit card, and it payed 7.99$ the price was not what I was worried about but that I checked and the price on the shelf was 3.99$. I specifically asked if this was the price before and they said yes and continued the transaction. We went back in and asked for a refund. It took them 5 minutes to give the refund. They refused that they made the mistake. This is only one of my bad experiences with this location.

1.) The ice cream is good! My cousins got a chocolate peanut butter cup and a waffle cowboy with mint chocolate chip. They both said it was great.
2.) They sell cute stuff in there, definitely cute for families and kids.
3.) They have a unisex bathroom.
4.) The while aesthetic of the store makes it look like an icecream wonderland.
Kid-friendliness: Your kids are going to absolutely love this place.

This is a great place. If you want to take your kids with you, they have a lot of ice cream flavors, and they're all delicious.I ordered a meal shake of cookie monster, and it was spectacular. We also got different flavor ice creams, and they were also good. Besides that, inside the store, there are dog treats that you can buy and also a lot of merchandise as well as candies. They have a lot of different toys that you can select for your children.

My wife and I went to Sloan’s back in late April of 2023. The ice cream was delicious and so was the atmosphere of City Park

Disappointing experience! I ordered a $10 kids’ ice cream cup with one topping, and my daughter didn’t like it after just one bite. I went back in to see if we could get a replacement, but the employee insisted that I’d have to pay for another ice cream, even though it was not touched. For the price, the ice cream itself was mediocre—not worth it at all. The place has a cute atmosphere, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. Whatever happened to going above and beyond for your customers, especially when they’re paying a premium for ice cream? I didn’t ask for a refund after finishing the entire cup; we simply wanted something my daughter could enjoy. The manager should train the staff on how to handle these situations better. Sloan’s, you lost a customer today. This was my first visit, and I even signed up for the rewards program, thinking I’d bring my kids back. After this experience, I definitely won’t be returning.

Bad experience
Bad service and the ice cream was sold to me melted.
When I told the person who served me that the ice cream was melted, he didn't care.
I arrived here around 2:15pm on a summer Sunday afternoon. The pink themed store caught our attention along with it being hot and wanting a sweet treat.
I got cookies and cream , regular sized which is two scoops in a cup. My son got an ice cream cone. At checkout, I was asked if I wanted receipt. I said yes and clicked the email option but the cashier clicked something and gave me a printed receipt instead -_-
What I didn't like was that some of the ice cream looked like it had been frost bitten, which was unappealing and we stayed away from those flavors. Some of the options were pretty pricey. What I thought was very interesting was the "Tracy's Kitchen Sink" which is "Ultimate sundae with everything induding the kitchen sink - 18 scoops of ice cream, all of deluxe toppings, 4 chocolate chip cookies, 4 brownies, gobs of whipped cream & cherries - all served in a real sink". That's so unique and the cost is $100.
In addition to the ice cream, they have an area there they sell toys and other treats such as candy, cookies, brownies, etc. There is much offered! I'd just be cautious of the ice cream. You can be an ice cream shop with freeze burnt ice cream…
