I ordered directly from the Smoothie King website, and the delivery was handled by DoorDash. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered.
According to the store, the DoorDash driver picked up the order, but it was then marked as canceled, and I never received anything. DoorDash confirmed that the money was refunded to Smoothie King, not to me.
I called the store several times, but the employee said they didn’t know what happened and told me to contact the owner, who also didn’t provide any solution. In the end, I lost my money and never got my order.
I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled. There should be better coordination between the store and DoorDash to ensure customers don’t end up paying for nothing.

I showed up at Smoothie King expecting to be in and out quickly so I could get to work on time. Instead, the doors didn’t open until 7:46. Between 7:30 and 7:43 I called the store 11 times with no response, then stood knocking at the door. Only as I turned back to my car did the employee unlock the door, saying, “sorry I was late.” Being 5, 10, even 15 minutes late is one thing, but opening nearly 40 minutes late is unacceptable. My time matters too, and this delay made me late for work.
