There is no bubble waffle when online it says it does

owner is the sweetest, have been coming here for years and good boba and delicious homemade food.

The service was just diabolical and the ice cream is not that good you can feel the powder from the batter to make the ice cream crunch in your mouth over do not recommend.

The worst ice cream spot in Miami.
Also add to that bad service.
Do not recommend, needless to say I will definitely not be back.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had, and it's not cheap

We went with the kids arrived at 8:50pm and they were closed. They state at the door and on goggle that they close at 9:30pm. Not profesional. The workers were inside

I saw the waiter put the roujiamo into the air fryer, we paid $7.5 and drove an hour, it was really not worth it! Will not be back. The food didn't taste good either, we regretted coming here

The service here is terrible.
The young male cashier made my experience not good. I will definitely not be back to this place.

Although one of the patrons tried to fix the super BAD attitude of the young male cashier, the experience had been so bad that we ended up leaving. I am sure the owners have tried hard to make this place work. I read other reviews prior to come here and looked like they actually do. In those same reviews I noticed just now one about the cashier attitude... bad simply bad. I hope they teach him how to provide a good service experience.

For the second time in one year, we have to leave the premises as the attitude of one of patrons is poor. The attendant ignored our questions because he was focuses on his iPad.

A “different” way to eat ice cream, you see how they prepare it and it comes out in the form of rolls. The truth is that I was surprised by the flavor, 7/10

… I didn’t try the food but I saw a bowl that they brought out and it looked fresh.

The place is small and quiet, you can ask for papers to write something and stick it on the wall, the kids liked it.

The service is not good.
