I came here last night and had a terrible experience. I normally never write bad reviews, but it was just awful.
It took over an hour to get our food.
Our server brought us our sushi. We ordered 3 rolls but she brought out 4. We told her we didn’t order one of them but she argued that we did and was so adamant that we ended up giving in and keeping it. I know for a fact I didn’t order it because I don’t eat cream cheese and the extra roll contained cream cheese. So I would never order this.
Two of our rolls contained avocado, and the avocado was not only turning brown, but tasted very off. It was definitely spoiled. We only ate a few pieces from the 2 rolls before we realized it’s bad.
We wanted to bring this up to our server but she didn’t attend us after that until she came over for us to pay on the machine. No refills were offered and we went the entire hour and a half with no refill of water or drinks. After such a long wait we really needed to get home and I was done arguing. I feel dumb for paying for the extra roll I didn’t order and our rotten avocado rolls as well. I didn’t want to see like a Karen or be difficult but I feel like I wasted my money.
