I've been here before and I've had great experiences but unfortunately I can't say the same for this time around. The food is delicious but the service is horrible. This is the second time that we come for happy hour (6pm on a thursday) and they're out of so much. How are you out of vodka this early??? Insane. LUIS at the bar was extremely slow and we waited over 20 min for drinks while he made and serves drinks for guest at the bar ordering after us. I get that happy hour is busy but this is flat out just rude and of course, service charge is included in your bill so these bartenders could care less if they give you good service or not and by his attitude, he definitely did not care. It's disappointing because this place genuinely has amazing food so I hope they up their customer service.

We came in for dinner and happy hour and sat at the bar. Luis the bartender was very rude and inattentive. We order a round of drinks and ate our entire meal with water because he just didnt make them. We asked him multiple times for it and he said they were coming but never did. We saw him make drinks for other bar patrons that ordered afterwards. Unfortunately 18% service charge is automatically included so we had no choice but in reality he deserved nothing.
