Spring Chicken

Food was bad. Bud light was $14. They add an unadjustable 18% tip. What is that about? I am happy to tip the server and don’t want to skimp but this is just rude, especially considering how much they up-charge drinks. If the servers are making so little that management has to do this then they should maybe raise their wages!!!!

Sausage egg and cheese biscuit:

The meal took almost 30 minutes to arrive.
Biscuit was dry, Shell in my Egg, cheese was cold, but the Orange juice was freshly squeezed and was very good. When I addressed it to the waiter she fixed it as soon as possible, but what got me was the added gratuity… there is nothing special about this restaurant to have that added to your ticket. Especially when I can go somewhere else where theres faster service , better quality, and at a cheaper price.

Had a great little lunch here. Bartender served up a blackberry bourbon lemonade that was just what I needed. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the wedge fries. It’s the airport so I’m not complaining about prices, they are in line for an airport. It was a slow time for the establishment, but service was great, and food came out quick. This is my second time this year eating here.

Food was just alright barely passable and the prices are exuberant even for the airport 21$ for 4 tiny soggy chicken tenders in ehich the order was messed up and we had to hunt down the server

I’ve been coming to this location for years at the miami airport. There is a clear trend of service decline for the past year. Now it’s very obvious they have reduced food portion size as well. A 1.5” thin sausage patty is $4 and the breakfast biscuit shown was not only stale but an eye popping $10.50.

Happened here due to being at gate D22 and wished we had read reviews. Food is significantly overpriced to the extent you pay $15-20 just for a sandwich, no side or drink and what gets delivered to you is chicken tenders on a bun. Water will also run you a charge for a drink even though most other places provide water complimentarily. On top of extremely overpriced food, 18% gratuity is added automatically for all guests. Service was almost as poor as the food and we had no recourse to adjust anywhere but up from 18%

I am not sure whether the woman at the counter was having a bad day or her bad day started when she saw me because she treated me with such disdain that I cancelled my order. She can barely speak English and got an attitude because I asked her to repeat what she said me. I was not treated like a valued customer. Poor and nasty customer service for what seems to be mediocre food.

I really wish I would have seen the reviews before I sat down. It was the closest place to me gate at Miami Airport. Average food, wait time was kind and the prices are ridiculous.

Stopped here for a quick pint. Was SHOCKED when they brought me the bill. $16.50 USD plus 18% gratuity. Airport beers are expensive but this is straight up theft.

We ordered chicken tenders to go, waited over half an hour before we had to leave to catch our flight. Never got the tenders. They were aware of the short timeline and said the tenders would take “just one minute”. Total rip off.

Super expensive. Credit card machine stopped working. Wanted me to go to an atm. No discount. Waited for the machine for 15 minutes. Added an 18% tip for two people. Rude people working there.

What is happening at MIA?? Tried to get breakfast at 10 am here and at another place and apparently they stop serving breakfast at 9:30 or 10?? How does that make sense at an airport??? Ridiculous
