Very good food, chicken is cooked well. Pick up is quick or you can have it sit down which also comes out quickly. I recommend to get the protein salad or any salad in general because the price to portion ratio is much better than a sandwich while being very fresh and tasty. Sandwiches are still quite good if that is what you're in the mood for.Seating area is kind of tight with tables and chairs close together in a small space so I'd recommend taking the food out and eating it at your gate / somewhere else.Our server was very nice, to the point and got our food out quickly. If you're looking for a filling and quick meal, definitely go here!

This restaurant was so good we had breakfast and lunch while waiting for several hours for our flight. Our waitress Christine was amazing and even recognized us when we came back. Food is made to order and fresh which is hard to find in an airport. If you have some time and want a good meal and great service I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!

I got the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and even though there was a choice between crispy and tenders, I received three tenders on a sandwich. The sandwich tasted very salty. The hot sauce was good and came on the side, but there was very little coleslaw on the sandwich and only one tiny pickle. The wedge fries were good but also a bit salty. My issue was with the drinks. When I received the final bill it was nearly $50 for a fast food sandwich, fries and alcoholic drink. This is when I realized there were no prices on the menu for drinks. It cost $18 for an alcoholic mixed drink and a suggested 18% gratuity was automatically added as others mentioned. Overall the meal was good, but not $50 good. All prices should be listed on the menu.

I know airport food is always overpriced, but this is ridiculous. $21 for 4 chicken strips and a "side" of bacon. I asked for bacon instead of fries because I'm keto. Still paid the full price plus to "add" bacon. See that little condiment cup in the picture? Yup. That's the $4.00 "side" of bacon. I don't think there's even a full slice in there. Expected to get a couple slices at least for $4! Gave 2 stars because the chicken strips were decent but certainly not worth $17.00.

My chicken was under cooked, and when we told the waitress we overheard the manager saying it wasn’t.The waitress than proceeded to let us know it wasn’t under cooked and that how they cook it. I wasn’t able to take more photos because she quickly took it away as I started to snap shots. But one the food came out cooked properly it was tasty.

Since it is located behind security right after you get through it is in a convenient location to eat after arriving at the airport. I was here this morning early so I had the standard 2 egg American breakfast. As is typical of airports it was very mediocre breakfast food. Better breakfast can be had almost anywhere else outside the airport but unfortunately it is what is expected inside. To top it off they don't offer free drip coffee refills, they charge. This is not typical of airport restaurants. For this reason alone I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not return. Also, be wary of automatic gratuity addition on all bills.

They fail to tell you that there is a “suggested” tip of 18% added to the bill when they give you the bill. They run your card and hope that you tip on top of it. I approached the manager and he arrogantly pointed to the very small print on the bottom of their menu. They’re simply dishonest scamsters exploiting their customers. I hope the karrma from this experience roosts with their chickens based on this review!

I’m honestly so surprised reviews for this place are so low. My friends and I were headed home from a long trip and were STARVING. We sat down at Spring Chicken and Nora saved our lives by giving us extra pickles, sauces, and letting me get the biscuit on their breakfast menu even though it was 8pm. Service was fast, the food was excellent…i don’t know if we could’ve asked for more (i mean the prices are a little steep, but what can you expect from airport food?) I absolutely loved our experience and layover and it was 100% due to Nora’s incredible service. Thank you so much!!
