I had been using this Starbucks literally everyday with my husband since I moved to Doral which was over 6 years ago and this place completely changed besides the fact that like other reviews mention they don’t know how to make the drinks and might need further training (which I can get over believe it not) I just can’t get over the horrible service, they all have a nasty attitude. There is one guy that I think worked at chick fil a because he says good morning and my pleasure THE ONLY ONE the rest are always bitter and get annoyed if you ask for anything else including managers. I now prefer to make the drive to the one on Beacon 117th they have great service and the drinks are made right. I don’t consider this Starbucks even on my rushed mornings I’d rather be late!

I don’t like do bad reviews but unfortunately this time I have to , this locations the coffee getting worse and worse I having my coffee here for the past 2 years and I can tell is something wrong here for the past week’s my coffee is always something wrong , I asked for a Pistacho Latte and and extra shots of coffee and they did a regular Caffe late and was no really hot request ( no extra coffee shot ) a new one And came worse Not pistachio and is really bad coffee , I recommend to training properly your employees I think is not the employee fault they need management over what they doing is a $8 coffee we should get for what we paid yesterday and Monday was the same issue. Definitely your loss a loyalty client after 2 years getting my coffee there every single day order # 688421 02/07/25 at 8am please train your people properly!!

I ordered a 16oz coffee today and was shocked to find my cup less than half full. This is unacceptable, especially for a $6 coffee. I’m very disappointed to have received such a small amount. It felt like I paid for just a sip.

I ordered venti size for drinks and they gave me grande size!! I let the guy know that I had ordered and paid for venti!! Instead of making a remake of the drinks they added water!! Horrible taste

they don’t know how to make the iced brown sugar shaken expresso ? other than that they are good ? (the cups were grande and it was half filled and it was super dark) (not my first time this happens)

Not only did I wait an additional 10 minutes for my order while the barista talked with his friend, my drink was wrong in the fact that it was only supposed to be a warmed apple juice with Carmel and whipped topping and they put coffee in it.
