I’m a regular Starbucks customer and have never felt so disrespected as I did at this location on Sunday, February 8, 2026.
I placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive-thru a bit sooner than expected. Since there were no cars behind me at the time, I politely asked if I could add one additional item at the window. Manager Nico immediately told me I couldn’t and that I had to drive around and reorder. This confused me because I’ve had items added to mobile orders at the window many times before, not just at this location, but at several Starbucks. It felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive.
I fully understand that mobile orders usually require a few minutes of preparation time. However, that’s no different than placing an order at the drive-thru speaker and then pulling up to the window, you still wait the same amount of time while the drink is made. That’s why I genuinely didn’t understand what the big issue was, especially when there was no line behind me initially.
After a brief back-and-forth, he finally agreed to add the item. By then, a car had pulled up behind me, so to avoid holding up the line, I chose to park and go inside instead.
That’s when the experience got worse.
While standing inside, I watched Sophia (the barista making drinks) deliberately leave my drink for last while she completed every single drive-thru order that came in after mine. I stood there the entire time observing this. Eventually, Nico stepped away from the drive-thru and personally made my drink.
What made the situation even more uncomfortable was Sophia’s behavior during the interaction. She was smirking and laughing while Nico spoke to me about the situation, which felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when handling someone’s food and drink.
I spend a significant amount of money at Starbucks and frequent multiple locations regularly, so I know the standard of service that is normally provided. This experience felt intentional, dismissive, and far below the level of professionalism I’ve come to expect from the brand.
Before leaving, I also made it clear to Nico that I would be submitting a review specifically addressing how Sophia handled the situation, as her behavior was the most concerning part of the entire experience.
As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. However, I still wanted to bring awareness to other customers who frequent this store so they can be mindful of the level of service they may receive.

If you go with drive through everything is fine but if you walk in you gotta wait all the cars in drive through to served

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. I was obliged to purchase something just because I wanted to ask for a puppuccino for my dog. That’s not nice or customer-friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but it’s disappointing to see such a lack of kindness and hospitality over something that costs less than a dollar. You’re losing customers for the wrong reasons.

Apparently is very hard to follow instructions. Not the 1st time. I requested my tea lavender oatmeal matcha NO ice and they gave to me with ice. Went back and requested again NO ice and the matcha was not properly blended. They laugh between then.

They’re unfortunately always understaffed and have 1-2 people making all the drinks for drive through and walk ins. Pick up takes forever (>20min) a lot of the times due to staffing issues. Parking is very limited as well. everyone’s always super nice there though and food and drinks always come out great

Went to meet someone there. Never had been to this one and probably will never go back at that time. The parking was horrendous! Literally no parking whatsoever. Service was good. Parking just sucked!
