I travel and go to Starbucks whenever I’m in any town/city. I live in Doral and the only thing this Starbucks has going for itself is that it is new. The service is awful. Came here twice and the same sad treatment both times. Not the customer service Starbucks is known for. To many location to waste your time here. Go elsewhere.

3 times already I ask for cold foam and they tell me they put it but it sank to the bottom. I've had starbucks for years with the same cold foam. I know what its supposed to look like. I ask the lady there tonight and she fights me on it. I miss the old team from this location.

I've just ordered and received my coffee. Note the alignment of the lid with sip opening to cup seam. Starbucks Baristas have been lining it up in more frequency than before appearing to demonstrate a doubling down of this & other efforts and creating a hostile environment for me that goes against their community values of being an inclusive place.

FINALLY this starbucks has opened. I use to go to their cafe all the time and the atmosphere was good, now it’s amazing!! The wonderful baristas Angel & Priscilla helped me pick out the perfect beverage to go with my banana bread. Overall amazing service, amazing atmosphere, and amazing coffee. If you haven’t I definitely recommend stopping by…who knows it might become your new starbucks.

New location, they are still figuring things out. The actual place looks really nice. Very large with lots of variety for seating options (all pics I see posted are of previous location), both inside and out. Very clean so far but there's no garbage can on the patio, which is annoying. They weren't aware of what they were out of, which I put down to a new system and maybe new staff. They also made my shaken espresso with almost no espresso but remade it when I asked. Staff seemed kind enough. I did have to wait a while for my food (and then longer when they realized they didn't have it). Hopefully they will get more efficient with time.
The wait is over. Our next family food adventure takes us to Starbucks, a new location in Doral, closer to the International Mall. No reviews yet. This place surpasses all expectations. It's not just about having a cup of coffee, but you can relax with soothing sounds in the background that disconnect you from the stress and noise of the city. With plenty of space in each area, you can share your favorite beverage with friends and family. Also, during the winter or summer season, they have a spacious patio with perfect decor. And thanks to the team for their dedication in preparing every drink and snack we ate, especially to Madison and Karla for their attentive service.

The worst attention! Two super rude people took us out of the place and didn't even allow us to put sugar in our coffee. It took them 15 minutes to serve 3 coffees, they didn't remember the order and they talked to us very very badly.

They took me out of the store when I was just adding sugar to my coffee. I understand the hours but I think they should have more empathy with customers. I hope to never return to this place.

The cafeteria service is very bad. First of all, the dirt of the place. We had to ask them to come clean the tables, which had dirt stuck to them (several days old) and they didn't even have the appropriate items to do it (they used paper napkins, instead of a ballerina), and I almost ended up doing it myself. little enthusiasm with which they cleaned. On the other hand, when traveling with a baby, I asked if they could heat her bottle, and they flatly refused to do so, which also shows their willingness to serve the customer. The only thing that was saved was the product they sell, which was good. But I wouldn't have anything there again. The best: a squirrel that was in the park and that cheered you up. Just because of the interaction with this little animal, I would return.
