Disgusting staff working in this Starbucks I went this morning for my breakfast and after I eat I went to the counter asking for a cup of ice and the guy asked me if I was purchasing something with a very rude attitude never seen something similar since I eat in Starbucks for 11 years! I offered to pay for my ice but after he told me take it for free here I leave a picture of my receipt as a proof that I made a purchase l! Please work immediately on this because that’s why everybody talks bad about service in Miami area!

The coffee was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast sandwich was just as amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to start the morning. Highly recommend!
Had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. While ordering in the drive-thru, the employee started using a high-pitched voice and laughing, which felt like he was making fun of me. He messed up the order, asked me to repeat it, and kept giggling. Completely unprofessional and honestly made me uncomfortable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location.
