Just had a horrible experience. From ordering at the speaker to the finalization of the transaction. The girl was rude, I told her 2 toasted bagels and she answered they come toasted already, but when I got to my destination it was only warmed she didn’t even bother to cut it and toast. I ordered several drinks, she tried handing them to me with no cup holder; I said could I please get a cup holder and she huffed and said well I didn’t know. I said well that should be common sense. Then she handed me my order in little separate pouches instead of putting them all in a carry bag. She gave attitude again when I asked for a bag and I said you must not like your job. I go to this starbucks every morning and I have never had a horrible experience until today.

This place was amazing. I was traveling through and needed a coffee the manager there she made sure my drink was perfect and it helped me tremendously. I drove from Virginia to Miami for a cruise and then back to Virginia. This helped me safely. I appreciate the service, commitment to excellence and dedication thank you.

i never write reviews but i needed to say that Camilla at the drive thru window gave the best customers service!! so helpful and kind. i need her managers to see this, give her a raise, she went above and beyond!!

The place is very clean and organized wherever you see everything you're looking is in the right place, creamy coffee at the perfect temperature to enjoy every sip until the end, creating an unforgettable experience and a reason to return.
