This Starbucks location is a friendly and welcoming place with attentive staff. One barista, Sam, provided excellent service by remaking a drink, warming a loaf, and giving a thoughtful message on the cup, making the customer feel valued. The young boy barista is also very friendly and always makes visitors feel welcomed. The staff is generally kind and caring. However, there is a small issue with the strawberry acai, as it sometimes is given without the strawberry pieces, requiring customers to check and ask for corrections. Overall, the store provides good service and a pleasant experience, making it a favorite spot for regular visits.
