This will be my new everyday starbucks. I originally came through the drive thru and asked for a hot venti mocha with light mocha due to a glucose test I had to prepare for since I'm pregnant and a banana loaf warmed up. My drink was made incorrectly and my loaf was cold. I entered the store to file a complaint and the barista Sam had the best entry and was attentive to all my needs without making me feel like an inconvenience. She remade my beverage and gave me another loaf...
I'd give a perfect score except half the time I've ordered the strawberry acai, it's given to me without the strawberry pieces. If I notice I ask for it and they fix it but if I'm in a hurry and leave, I notice too late. I shouldn't have to tell them they need to add the strawberries.
