We always go to sweet by rose and love the quality and flavor of their cakes. But today they went the extra mile on customer service. We had an emergency with our gender reveal party. We called them an hour before closing and they made the cake of our dreams in under 40 minutes. Literally saved the day and our party!!!

It was terrible, we ordered in advance and ordered decoration for a birthday and they said they would put something on top, the day of delivery it was completely plain, tasted OLD and super dry, also did not taste like the flavors we ordered at all, we called back to ask about the decoration we had ordered and the owner was extremely rude, a waste of money.

The dulce de leche and nutela cake did not meet my expectations. The cake was good but it has excess dulce de leche, which made the cake too gooey and just two super thin layers of Nutela to say the least, there was no flavor of Nutela. So if you are looking for chocolate in your cake, this is it. It's not your option.
