Tacos La Potranca & Cantina Miami

La Potranca exceded my expectations, I love good authentic food, I was born in Mexico City and It’s difficult for me to find a restaurant that offers the taste I get when I go back and visit, I’m thrilled to finally find a place in my neighborhood where I can get my fix without all the bells and whistles or fusion with other cuisines. This is as authentic and good as it gets, from the simple way to make a delicious Margarita outside my home. The service is also top notch, our server Eric was so attentive and seamless at the same time. The tacos al pastor and the Carme asada tacos are perfection, the tortas and consomé are also amazing. I’m going back to taste more from the menu and highly recommend that you do the same! The atmosphere is great, cleanliness is also a 10 out 10! This place is MUST go!

The BEST, most AUTHENTIC tacos in Miami! I’ve been looking far and wide for tacos Al pastor off of the rotating spit, just as they have it in Mexico. My search is over! Not only were my pastor tacos delicious, my friend LOVES ordering the bits that I’m too Americanized to eat, such as the beef cheek, lips, tripe, and tongue, and he said that they were all so good that they were even better than any taco he had had in New York—and New York has some GREAT Mexican food. I love this place and it’s now going to be my go-to place for tacos. Excellent service and vibrant atmosphere, too!

Taste of pastor tacos here reminds me of Mexico. Some of the best tacos in all of S FL. I had to edit and mention the fact they have amazing salsas!! A complimentary and decked out salsa bar

The BEST tacos I’ve had in a very very long time.

I tried a mix of different tacos that they offer and they were all delicious! Super fresh ingredients, extremely authentic flavors, and great prices!

Cute little spot but he food and service was horrible the employees just hangout and have conversations while you need assistance and the food did not have no flavor at all.
