I came to Tap 42 for a birthday celebration. Food and cocktails were amazing as ever! Our server Chris was amazing! He gave great recommendations, and helped me give a surprise birthday dessert!

I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this restaurant. Not only was the staff rude and inattentive, but I was falsely accused of throwing up in the bathroom — something I did not do. Instead of approaching the situation with any kind of professionalism or respect, they jumped to conclusions and treated me like I had done something wrong.

It was embarrassing, completely unfounded, and ruined what was supposed to be a nice evening. There was zero evidence, no attempt at a real conversation — just accusations and poor judgment.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. No customer deserves to be treated this way, especially when they’ve done nothing wrong.

Great service and vibe.
This is an update! I have been coming to Tap 42 for four years. On average, twice per month on Wednesdays. Today may be the last one!
Tap 42 is ending the Half Price on wine Wednesdays!
Time to find a new venue!
Specially since the Open Table reservation site still advertises the half off wine. False advertising!!!!

This is a great happy hour spot for Teams. The service was amazing and the zeitgeist was perfect for casual talks and laughs. Lastly, the drinks are amazing so many options!

It is so hard to find great service in Miami, yet our server Melanie was an absolute doll! She is professional, sweet, and absolutely amazing. It was a pleasure meeting her. We also had the pleasure of meeting the managers Jonathan and Luke, and they were also a pleasure to speak with. What a great crowd and what great service. Thanks again guys!

We made last minute reservations on Labor Day for 8 people. The hostess was extremely polite and helpful, she got us a sweet table within minutes. We had 3 children who loved their food, and so did the 5 adults. Drinks were potent and fun. But our service made the dinner even more enjoyable. Our waiter, Ysnabi, was friendly, very helpful with menu suggestions, and he was very attentive to our needs. He is a great representative for this company. He provided exceptional service.

Very bad service. There was only 2 waiters in the restaurant on a Saturday. I sat down and didn’t get attended for 30 minutes, no glass of water when i sat down i had to call the host to bring me water. The chair was also very uncomfortable, overall a horrible restaurant do not waste your money here!

You can never go wrong with Tap 42. There are several locations each with its own vibe. The location in doral is a lot more calm than most but still great service and food. They do have daily specials and a great brunch service. Highly recommend the calamari as an appetizer!
