The Cheese Course Bistro in Pinecrest was a delicious lunch spot! We went on a Sunday and it was quite busy, so it took a while (around 30 minutes) to get service after we were seated. It didn't bother us, but if you're in a rush, keep that in mind. The staff seemed a bit short-handed, but they were all very friendly and attentive once they reached our table.The best part? What a wonderful little restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was top-tier. Maria, our server, made sure we were always taken care of, and was very knowledgeable on the food. The manager, Maria Jose, was incredibly kind and hospitable as well.
My wife and I visited The Cheese Course while in town on vacation. I had the scrambled eggs and bacon breakfast sandwich and my wife had the eggs and prosciutto. We are flying all the way back to Doral this December from Phoenix and The Cheese Course will be our first stop after we land! 5 out of 5 stars for food, service, and experience.
