I had a problem with my order and I had asked to speak with the manager, apparently the owner is that one who spoke with me. She treated me as if I was working for her gave me a very bad attitude and spoke down to me. Horrible service and they need to learn how to treat people with dignity and respect. Never in my life will I return here, they should try opening a jail rather than a cafe shop.

We visited The Coffee Pot and had a mixed but overall decent experience. The tequeños and the coffee were really good and definitely the highlight of our visit. However, they ran out of many menu items pretty early in the morning, which was disappointing. The empanadas weren’t very good, and the service felt average — it’s really more of a quick grab-and-go spot. If you don’t stop by around 8 AM, there’s a good chance they’ll be out of most things. With better consistency, this place could be much stronger

I’ll be honest, when I first walked in, I wasn’t impressed.
The place looks more pre-Chávez Caracas café than “artisanal coffee shop”.
…then I saw tequeños on the menu.
The owner fried them fresh for me (5 pieces, 5 minutes) and they were fantastic.
Real cheese, real bread, authentic flavor.
It's not the prettiest spot, but it’s genuine.
Come for the tequeños, stay for the café con leche next time.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everything is fresh and homemade. The real deal!!!! I have never wrote a review but I HAD TOOO for The Coffee Pot. Everything is delicious. The workers are kind and generous. Must order the burgers.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Honestly, this is the second time I’ve been here, thinking maybe the first experience was just bad luck—but it wasn’t. The food is still unpleasant and low quality. I ordered the tequeños again, and just like the first time, they came out raw, with cold cheese inside and the same quality you’d expect from a frozen Walmart product. We also ordered a croissant, which was old, dry, and hard. Way overpriced. I truly don’t understand how a business with such poor quality can survive in a high-expense area like Doral. Sadly, it seems like this has become a common practice in the “new Doral

Let me start by saying that this review is not based on the food quality since I did not get to try their products, I visited The coffee pot wanting to find out what's the hype on social media about this place, I wanted to try their empanadas or tequeños and based on that then buy some to go and have in the freezer for when cravings attack, to my disappointment, as soon as I entered the place I had a feeling I was in the wrong place and hesitated a bit, very different from what I saw in social media about this place, the restaurant lacks appeal, almost empty place regarding furniture and atmosphere, almost like one of those Chinese to go restaurants, a large counter, one single person behind it, a couple of freezers and a few chairs and tables, they didn't have anything ready to try, so I was directed to the freezers for the frozen containers of empanadas and tequeños, to be honest they looked unappealing, bland and very small, so I decided to skip and not purchased anything, I said thank you and headed out. That was pretty much the experience, maybe I was expecting more restaurant feeling about this place, maybe their frozen products are really good, but based on quantity (size) and price and the way the products looks like I decided to stick with my current provider for these products. Service was not bad but definitely could improve a bit, parking is kind of difficult. Maybe will try them again in the future.....
