Competition will get you out!!!

The food was divine, the attention of the waitresses was excellent, very attentive and cordial, everything was fine until you arrived with the lady at the cashier, as it hurts her to give a glass of ice, it must be the most expensive product when she is so wary of ice, and besides, she is rude. and bitter, I have gone on several occasions and it is always the same bitterness, if she does not like dealing with the public she should do another activity where she does not deal with the public and if she is the owner she will scare away the clients.

My first time going to The Coffee Pot and not necessarily for the herbs. Not sure where to get started.Service is definitely room for improvement ,too slow . Not too many choices at 11.00 AM what you see is what you get. Cachito first impression wasn’t good, bottom was exposed and with holes that make you wonder if some creatures nibbled on it. My Cafe con leche was almost at room temperature cold after waiting for it a lengthy time and I wasn’t the only one on that matter. My two purchased tequeños were forgotten till I did have to get up and claim for it. Over all not a good experience in my case . “Speed up America can’t wait “

I want to invite the managers or those in charge of this site to sit down and live this fatal experience. I'm going to start by saying that I am the owner of a food business and the details I saw today are absurd... such as, for example, they sat us at a table and they didn't even notice giving it a wipe... ?why do they have 4 or 5 waitresses in a room? If they are going to walk like headless chickens? Hire real waitresses who know customer service!Dirty table but the worst part was the packed menu full of hair and dirty ?Now let's get to the food, a mediocre version of Venezuelan food, nothing is fresh and on the contrary thawed and reheated. Flavorless and raw empanadas.THEY DID NOT HAVE ICE FOR GOD ON A SUNDAY 12 noon and there is no ICE?There is a lot to correct here, starting with the prices that are not up to the quality and service.$4 for a water that I had to get up from my chair to get because they didn't bring it to me???

This establishment is hands down AWESOME! The food is the best (watch out Don Pan), the tequeños, the empanadas, the pizza pastels, even the coffees are outstanding. Service is also incredible. Everything is made in house and the owners make sure you’re treated like family. I will be back… frequently.

This was a really cute place. I ordered the "16 pieces Potelitos variadas" and it came in a little bucket and was sooo good! It had different types of empanadas, cheese tequeños, and fun different flavors of pastelitos!! 4 stars and not 5 only because I wish the coffee was a bit sweet after asking for vanilla in it. Didn't seem like there was any in it.The lady at the cashier was VERY nice, seemed like she might've been the manager. She gave me lots ideas of things to try and even gave me a free little treat!! I definitely hope to come by more often and try more of their yummy food!! Que ricoooo
