The service here is zero! I can’t lie.. the hostess had us outside in the rain and it was party of 12 people. She said they had a table for 6 inside and the wait time was 30 minutes to get seated! Yes,we had a brunch reservation that was very hard to book anyway because they were posting on IG but couldn’t somehow get their phone or dms to take a reservation. Reservations they don’t honor

We had the best experience at Fatty Crab! Micky was a great server and took great care of us! The food was TOP TIER!!! And let me tell you about Richard! Richard made us this “special” sauce that’s not on the menu because we wanted something super spicy and he absolutely met the assignment times 10!

Nisha the bartender and Richard the manager they both were AMAZING! So friendly and accommodating every time we over night in Miami we must stay in this area just so we can have dinner at this amazing place! Staff is exceptional and food is amazing. Thanks guys for your amazing service
They charge an 18% gratuity. My waitress told me she charged me less for the drinks to “be nice”. I disputed the gratuity at checkout because my waitress was doing marketing while serving me. I planned to tip something but not 18%. So because the server was mad that I didnt want to pay gratuity, she changed the original total so that even with taking the 18% off, it was even more than the original price. I noticed and told the manager I wasn’t paying that, and instead of providing customer service, he decided to call the police over $10. What a waste of government resources.
Now I will be taking this to civil court and now disputing the ENTIRE charge with my bank. Thank you to the officer that realized this was stupid and let me take a picture of ALL the receipts. They were like “this is a civil matter maam.” I was like… I know. I’m not the one who wasted government recourses and called the police over $10!!!!

I’ve already left two reviews expressing my disappointment. I’m just mad we stayed there instead of leaving after they chose to seat us at dirty booth even-though the restaurants fairly empty. I let her know we would t be sitting there. 18% included gratuity for what? Hard pass. We grabbed snacks at the gas station after. Spent over $100 for nothing.
