The Knife Parrilla Argentina Doral

This was one of my fiancé's favorite places to go growing up but it was very lackluster and not up to par with how it used to be in the past. We went on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was pretty dead, yet service from our waitress was less than ideal. For $45 a person the buffet-style meal was very disappointing. Salad bar sides were limited and the labeling was scattered. The meat options were delicious but a visual menu would help. The sides brought to the table (after requesting from the waitress) were okay. Rice and bread was good but the mashed potatoes were definitely instant made out of a packet. Overall a disappointing experience, with the plus sides being dessert and the meat options.

Food was really poor quality. Service was very slow, guys were working hard at the grill but the food was not good.

Quise celebrar mi cumpleaños, con mi familia y amigos, y no me equivoqué. Cortes de carne que evocaron mi niñez en Argentina y una barra de comidas frías que no tuvo desperdicio. Además, la atención de María Fernanda fue excelente. Gracias The Knife por hacer de mi celebración un evento memorable.

Several meat options and all tasty, the tasting menu is a good option, we left satisfied. I just found the tip charge extremely abusive, my bill was $107.95 and we paid another $58.24 in tip. This was abusing the tourist, the loser is the restaurant that I won't go back to and don't recommend.

We went for a birthday celebration. Our waiter Eva was amazing and very attentive ! Also loved the atmosphere !

We had a great time, but the food was mediocre at best. Long story short, Last item I ordered was desert, a chocolate volcano....well, the volcano was gone never erupted, dried up, non-existent. It was basically chocolate cake, and did I say "dry"?

Excellent quality of beef, chicken and fish. All Argentinian grill to the cook term of your choice. Excellent buffet variety of salads, fruits and cheeses. Highly recommended. Awesome customer service. You will not be disappointed.

We went to the International Mall location in Miami. They never told us that the tips are included in the bill. They raised the prices, we accepted it because we were inside the restaurant. We paid the bill. Nothing extra and for 4 people it was almost $200. We used to go to the place every month. But this time they never told us that the tips were included. I realized when they brought me the receipt for the bill after they charged us. Almost $30 dollars for the tip plus whatever they put on us to add to their bill. The tip is a voluntary compensation for the service provided. I consider it disrespectful to add the tips to the bill. You will lose customers and you will see them over time if you continue to think that way.

This place used to be "OK". But now they started following the sneaky Miami trend of including a "mandatory gratuity" hidden in their bill. So be careful and check your bill very well before adding another (BIG) tip.

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. It's a normal buffet. The service is not good and the meat doesn't expect anything better since it is Argentine and is located in Doral.
