I noticed a 20% tip was auto selected (explains his behavior), which I then removed.This isn't a sit-down restaurant; they don't bring you your food or come take your order. They give you a buzzer that rings when its ready for you to pick up. 20% to have my food placed on the counter? Miami is getting out of hand with the iPad and enforcing service fees, gratuity and at times both.
