Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I have had forgotten items the last 2 times I have gone here and had it delivered (they charged me the full amount) and then when I I tried to call them their phone is disconnected. Love this chain but this is ridiculous.

Wow Paul ( Angel) was awesome he made sure I had a great first time eating in tropical and gave me advice in what to order and it was great ,definitely coming back :)

Used to be the best smoothie place, now it’s honestly the worst and I'm not exaggerating. Prices went up, half the menu is gone, cups are smaller, straws are flimsy, and the smoothies are watery with almost no flavor. Feels like they’re going out of business. My friend actually threw hers away, and after one sip, I understood why.

They started losing quality about two years ago, but today was the last time I’ll visit this location. The one at Blue Lagoon still isn’t great, but at least the smoothies there are still drinkable.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the smoothies were made just right. The service was excellent—Angel was especially friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming.

I am very unsatisfied with the products that they are selling at this location. I had an issue with my order and was told I’ll be refunded now they are saying I have to get a refund a different way from what was told. it was very unprofessional being that my lunch break is already limited and I was unsatisfied and unable to get a refund. In such industry you have to ensure you are serving customers fresh ingredients to prevent issues as such I hope this review is taken into consideration and that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
