I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it tasted like water with a little of strawberry. I don't recommend this place. I'll never go here again.

I LOVE TS but this location…needs a lot of work.I ordered 1 quesadilla. It was made very sloppy like it fell on the floor and was stepped on. Got no apology for the young man who made it. So the other guy remade it and it looked better but it was partially cold… still no apology.Customer service needs work and quality of service.I will not be returning to this location

Samantha and Sebastián prepared my ultra ?boost ?smoothies, better than expected, meanwhile Barbara was all gears on the Baja ??? wrap! Wouldn’t go to another Tropical Smoothie if it is not this one. I love Tropical Cafe , its one of my favorite places. I was closed to this location before getting to an appointment and I stopped to get an amazing meal. But to my surprised i didn't get what i had order and was extremely disappointed since it was the first time i took my father to try it out. This had never happened to me at any of the other locations. They gave me someone else's meal when they called my name and since we were in a rush we didn't check the bag until after my appointment when we got home and it was too late and out of our way to go back. I am sure the person who's order I got was as disappointed and mad as we were. Definitely need better organization skills when it comes to handling several orders. The saddest part is that what I order was more expensive than what we got.

Make sure you remind them when you order your smoothies with no sweetner... Nothing more frustrating than tasting sugar instead of ingredients! Food quality has dropped dramatically.Edit:Just no consistency/quality. Still get turbinado on smoothies that i pick up. Prices have been hiked dramatically. For a wrap and a smothie, it can run you almost as much at getting a steak at Longhorn.

I walked into store # FL 223 (2000 NW 87th Avenue, Suite 2, Doral, FL 33172) at 6:26 pm (EST) on 2/26/23. There were two employees working at the time, a Hispanic girl in her 30s who spoke no English, and a Caucasian woman in her 40s-50s named "Barbara."I told the Hispanic girl that their "Open" sign was off. She did not understand and yelled Barbara's name into the back stock room. Barbara comes walking out and states, "What do you need?" I responded, "Yes ma'am, your Open sign is turned off. What time do you guys close?" Barbara responded, "Yes, I know. We close at 8 pm. What do you want?" I responded, "Umm, alright, haha." I continued to order a Mocha Madness and advised it was a free reward (I am a loyalty member). As she is ringing up the transaction, I asked to add fat burner to the smoothie. When the time comes to scan my QR code for the free reward, I noticed the $1.19 charge for the fat burner was not removed. I politely asked about that charge and when Barbara confirmed that charge was not a part of the free smoothie reward, I asked to please remove that then.Here is when things turned sour...she responded with, "Agh! Are f****** kidding me? I hate this f****** computer. I can't f****** deal with you or this computer right now."Barbara starts mumbling things under her breath and voids the entire transaction. As the void receipt is printing out, she says (with a loud sigh), "f*** it." I asked for that receipt so I could leave a survey after that horrible experience. Barbara threw the receipt at me!!! The Hispanic girl hands me my smoothie and I leave.I am NEVER coming back to that location again. Barbara was SO rude and needs to be fired.

Disgusting. Dirtiest location. I ordered the peanut butter flatbread. I've had it before at the FIU location. It was super good because it was properly prepared. Unlike like this one, cold, banana wasn't even sliced, and they just dumped all the ingredients. Took a bite and threw it away immediately. Never coming back to this location.

I had been here before, but today I saw something that might be the last time I get food from this place. One of the guys making the smoothies was wiping the counter with his hands and never changed his glove. I order peanut paradise without bananas. I guess he forgot and put the banana he turned around thinking I wasn't paying attention, and after he wiped the counter, he put his hand inside the blender and grabbed the banana, he was planning to give me that smoothie but I asked him to make a new one. I feel sorry for whoever ordered the peanut paradise because he didn't throw it out.

The food and smoothie are good, I recommend the flat bread chicken pesto. However, do not come here when JESUS is working. He’s condescending and rude for no reason. He’ll also roll his eyes at you when you order and does not tell you when certain ingredients are out of stock. I don’t understand why he needs to be so rude for no reason. He was also very rude to the girl who preps the smoothies (she’s actually super nice and helpful)
