Food is tasty but nothing special. Took almost five minutes till our waitress approach us. The restaurant it's self felt outdated. The house calamari are heavily tossed in a sauce please don't order it.

The ceviche, which should be a celebration of freshness, was underwhelming, dominated by onions and lacking in both fish and the zesty punch of lemon.Beyond the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. From the dining area to the restrooms, there was a noticeable neglect in upkeep, detracting significantly from the dining experience. Eating out is about more than just food; it’s about the environment too, and unfortunately, Umami Doral falls short in providing a pleasant ambiance.In an area with many dining options, I had hoped for more from Umami Doral. While I always root for local businesses to thrive, there’s undeniable room for improvement here, particularly in terms of food quality and overall cleanliness.

Best sushi in Miami if you love raw fish! My go to order is the Salmon Don Dinner (consists of a bunch of sushi rice, bunch of sashimi salmon on top, and ikura)!Excellent and fair portioning for the price.Have been a customer for 4 years!

Food is a little disappointing. The pictures on the menu look better than the actual meal. The teriyaki chicken tasted like it was overcooked with barely any teriyaki sauce on it. The veggies on the side are not cooked at all. The calamari is not deep fried, just squid rings with bbq sauce on them. The udon soup broth tasted like they dumped soy sauce. Won't be coming back. Our server was very kind, though.

Umami is consistently good. I've never had a bad experience. Today I popped in for a quick lunch while traveling to Miami for work, and they didn't disappoint. I recommend them.
I have been here many times but today my sushi was Outstanding! It was today Sunday around 2 pm. I sat at the sushi bar , and just told the sushi chef what I liked and he it perfect ! Hope he gets to know about my post ! Thank you for such a great plate !!

We love this place. Great service as always! Greeted so friendly by Ricardo, great and friendly waitress Michelle and cooked an amazing meal by Jose!
First off, the staff were very professional!Smell of grease is everywhere in the place, I left (after spending there no more than 5 minutes) smelling like old grease.I had to use the bathroom and it was quite horrendous for a 4.2 star restaurant, a gas station situation in its worst.The food was disappointing: seafood soup had a decent flavor, but everything was absolutely jellied. Not a single dense piece of protein.The pad thai: slimy veggies, over seasoned with a sauce, too salty. I’ve had a pad thai dozens of times, this was my bottom 2. A huge portion that I had to throw away, feeling terrible for wasting food.
