The chicken was AMAZING! The juiciest most delicious chicken I’ve ever tasted! The plantains were 5 star!!! Rosa was super attentive and helpful! She made our experience even better! We will be back for sure!

I was there 1/11 because someone recommended due to the “rotisserie chicken” I drove a little over an hour to get there. I ordered a parrillada 1 to go. I wanted to BUY guasacaca sauce and was told no. The sauce was limited to customers at restaurant. At that point I should’ve known it was not going to go well. I paid for my extra meal because my family and I also ate there so this order was additional. As I walked to my table I realized I did not tell the cashier to give me white meat for the chicken.. I walked right back to tell her and she said it couldn’t be changed. So I said ok then just give me my money back because I won’t eat it. She said she couldn’t give my money back I said excuse me I just placed the order and I have not consumed it so I need my money back she said no. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She immediately said I’ll change it to white meat this time but in the future this can’t be done. Why do I have to go through all that. She should have given me my money back! Then I get the order and IT WAS DARK MEAT!! So this was done on purpose. I sent it back to change it or give my money back. They changed it. At that point I don’t want the food anymore. I gave it away. This was my first time there and I’ll NEVER GO AGAIN.

The food here blew our minds. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious!! We got the multi-meat platter for two and it was more than enough food. We were stuffed after eating. He ended up taking what little was left; home. When I visit Florida again soon; I definitely will add this place to my list.
