This place seems to have closed after not paying their employees. Used to come here for lunch many times a week, but don't really know if I should keep going to a restaurant that treats employees as bad as they do. They call it restructuring but I guess they are having a lot of problems right now.

Wanted some good pasta today and your restaurant was closed. I went by at 5pm on a Saturday to see the lights off and chairs on the tables. There was no sign on the door indicating why you were closed either. Very disappointing, especially since your brickell location shut down recently.

I just LOVE their food-concept-price! It's really really really worth. This new location in Doral is bigger but it keeps the same style-decoration than the one in Miami. But I think not everybody in the are knows about the restaurant or their system. Their food quality is the same: Awesome! Actually, they transferred some of their chefs from Miami location to Doral. Love their concept: take you card, make your line, place your order, go for a drink and take a sit. If you want you can see how they cook your plate which is nice and fun! All of their ingredients are fresh, even the basil plant located in the tables. Yes, they are real and you can grab some leaves for your plate. I keep simple and I always order Salmon carbonara and I exchange the onions for walnuts -no additional cost. Dessert I like Panna Cotta, I tried the one with Nutella and it was too sweet for me! Employees there are very friendly and they are always walking and looking around to make sure everything is clean in your table. If you go, don't forget to take some near gums at the cashier.

Google maps said the place opened at 1:00 PM. We showed up at 1:30 PM and the place was closed. The sign inside the restaurant said the place was supposed to open at 11:00 a.m. will not go back. "Joey V. Says don't waste your time".

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet since it is my go-to place. Vapiano is a German chain that offers Italian food. The atmosphere is very casual and self-service. They give each guest a card at the beginning at you scan it each time you order something - which is great for when you go in a group to avoid the awkward who-pays-what situation at the end. They have a salad station, a pasta station, a pizza station and a bar with desserts. My favorite dishes are the Ensalada Mista (Mixed salad) with beef. Ask for some bread on the side and dipped it in the delicious olive oil and vinegar at the table. My other favorite is the spaghetti carbonara that I usually order with pappardelle. So yummy! They have gummy bears and little containers for them at the check-out/entrance which is such a sweet idea -literally.

Really great place, the way you order food is unique and the place looks nice. A little fancier with a bit more fancier price, not recommended for kids. Just to nick pick though, the chairs sucked a$$ and were horrible to sit on.

This was my second time there. The first time before they temporary closed was amazing. The drinks where awesome I could not stop talking about the pizza. Happy hour is awesome. I came back after they had the temporary shutdown, my pizza was burnt and as I was crunching on the first piece I wondered if my first visit was an accident. I took it back, it was cheerfluly replaced and awesome. Attitudes like that make me want to come back.

This place blew my mind! Every time I think about pasta now, this is where I want to go. It's a great concept and the quality of the food is delicious. Everything is made fresh and right in front of you. You get a card and charge everything to it and pay at the end. This allows you to walk up to any counter (pasta, pizza, bar, etc...) and get whatever you want. After you order, they begin to cook in front of you and call you when it's done. It's located in the new City Place in Doral which is great for nighttime entertainment. My only problem was watching some people make pasta without gloves, but I know other restaurants are worse (you just don't see it. Overall, great restaurant and great vibes. Check it out if you can and tell them to throw a little spice in the pasta ;) it's delicious. Bowling after is always fun.

The food was excellent but the service needs a lot of work. It was my first time at this restaurant and I was instructed to go in line and order my food. Even though there was no one in line, the cook did not acknowledge my presence and made me wait 10min to take my order. Everyone else was courteous and the food itself was very good.

Portions are small for the price and the flavor wasn't anything to write home about. Nice ambiance but you can't bring a big party because the tables are welded to the ground and can't be moved. They don't take reservations so if the one long table is taken, you either have to wait or divide up your group into smaller tables. Overall an okay experience.
