The pacing was perfect—enough time to savor each piece without ever feeling rushed. What stood out most was the chef’s attention to detail; he adjusted seasoning and garnish individually for each bite, and his passion for the art of sushi was evident in every movement.
The sake pairing elevated the experience further, with each pour thoughtfully matched to enhance the flavors. By the end, I felt like I’d not just eaten a meal, but experienced a story told through food.
