I went there to the location and ordered a double ham egg and cheese croissant the bacon was beyond burnt it took me forever to get it the eggs were cold the team wants the workers want $15 $16 an an hour the charges of the food went up and the services went way down they need to correct this location leave or leave

Service was terrible straight as we walked in, an employee was visibly upset about something. The MANAGER took our order & still got our food wrong (we dined inside) when we said something about our food being wrong he acted as if we were lying about it. Also, the bathrooms look like they’re from the 90’s & hardly get cleaned.

Everytime I come in the store the employees are ALWAYS hard workers and great energy but they are ALWAYS missing something food wise.. one day it’s tomatoes, next day in the START of the afternoon they don’t have spicy nuggets, next day they don’t have ice, the next day they aren’t doing the spicy chicken sandwich anymore but the menu is still up like I’m tired of coming in my favorite fast food place walking distance from my house and everytime I want something? I have to make sure I have a back up plan just in case you guys try to feed me a burger with no pickles or flat ass soda like it’s ALWAYS something.. then yall out of bbq sauce like dude… im not trying to keep going to McDonald’s by default..who’s doing these truck orders fam😭😭

Went to this location and waited forever for my food. The food was wrong, had to build my own burger, bacon on the wrong one, pickle on the wrong one. The burger itself tasted way too well done,no fork for my Hershey pie and none of the sauce I asked for. But hey, you got the coca cola right. Good job winners.
I ordered 2 whopper jr with tomato, onion, lettuce , pickle and light mayo, onion rings and small fry. One whopper jr has tomato, lettuce and lot of mayo, other pickles and mayo. Onion rings were soggy floppy mess, fries had so much salt they were inedible. Wait in drive thru was 15 minutes, never again
