Lizabeth was very helpful! I converted some points for the wrong thing and when she couldn’t help me on the computer, she call Ms. Yolanda over to help. Both were very helpful instead of just telling me they couldn’t fix it.

Donuts tasted old. Asked for a frozen drink and got an iced drink then told them it was the wrong one and they came back with a hardly blended icy drink with 5 sips of an actual drink terrible waste of money literal ice chunks super watered down
One large caramel machiatto $9.44!!!!! It's insane!!!! They charged me 3 dollars extra for caramel and the drink is supposed to come with 4 pumps already and they charged me for those and the extra and said that's how they do it!....absurd! I dont know how they even think that's ok...I go to Dunkins everywhere they are the only store that charges this much!

Last Friday I got married and wanted to get my wedding party breakfast and coffee. We placed a very large order for pick up (over $100) and my husband and his friend went to go pick it up and it was done by the time they got there and the workers were so kind and thanked them and offered to help them get to their car. I’m grateful we got so lucky to have such a great experience
