This McDonald's is always slow. The drive thru is always backed up and the service is abysmal. Even ordering ahead on the app, waited over 30 minutes in the line just to get to the speaker to tell them my mobile code. When I got to the speaker, no one asked me anything for 5 minutes. Then waiting another 15 minutes in a backed up line at the windows.

Place was so nasty n dirty, Dining rooms were filthy, trash was overflowing in all Dining rooms, floor was bad . Look at pictures. My thing is with so much flu n cold going around,how can they allow this place to get so bad, they have a kids place to play.. not good , staff was just standing around joking n laughing no one cared what the place looked like. I counted 6 persons working. N for get the bathrooms were so bad. I just turned around n went to a different store to take my kids to the bathroom .. never going back.. Goodluck for those who choose to eat there.

I have never in my 44 years been to this McDonald's and it not taken 20 plus minutes for an order, No matter how small. They moved so slow at this store.I don't understand. it is not fast food at all.It's extremely frustrating and overwhelming.If it wasn't directly on my way home, I would not stop here

I went through the drive thru and employee Jordan had a very nasty attitude when I started to place my order after I told her some of my order she got a nasty attitude because I wasn't done with my order and then when I didn't want a drink she got an attitude over that

Bad treatment of customers, the food was not what was ordered, coffee tasted like water, the orange juice was also pure water, one person at the counter was really imprudent when asking, only a kind gentleman who fixed our order and served us. I do not recommend it at all, really bad service, I paid almost 50 dollars and I really regret it, I should have gone to IHOP
