Clean but super slow.... At 4pm it took 20 mins to get our 2 burgers, nuggets, and fries. That's not fast food speed but actual restaurant speed. Plus, nuggets were stale!

We just moved down to Florida 3 weeks ago and live right next to this McDonald's, and we walk over with the kids . There's a play place there and all the employees that we've dealt with have been pleasant and friendly.

The incompetence here is really unbelievable. I ordered, and stood waiting 10 min till someone finally decided to tell me they won't make my order because breakfast was over. The manager said "I just got here, it's the team's fault who left" ... I asked if I could have anything from my order, and she just said no and stood smiling. Wouldn't even give me my coffee.

I did a mobile order and order a large frappe when I get there they told me the machine isn't working or there not serving frappe at the moment, then I turn around and there's one on the counter. So they just did feel like doing or what? On a 3 order that I made I was missing a oatmeal and the girl also seemed not happy about preparing it. Y'all should make it clear to your employees that if they're job is to help out people with their orders and do it in a nice way and if they don't like there job maybe they shouldn't be there.?
