My family and I were passing through the area and looked up food near us. You aren’t able to sit inside unfortunately, just a take out place but the stop was well worth it. The ribs and chicken were the best I can remember ever having. Rice, beans and tortillas were good. If you are in this area I 100% recommend you stopping by. I highly recommend this hidden gem. The menu is small and everything is delicious. You can order a plate of food or get a whole family meal. The ribs and beans are my favorite and if you like spicy you won’t be disappointed with the hot sauce. It’s take out only but so worth it!

You will not be disappointed with anything you choose to eat. Rice is done to perfection, side salad is simple but delicious and the meat is the main star. I highly recommend this little gem. It's not a fancy place, rather plain but you can get one of the best meals around for little money and enjoy every bite. You can take it to go, there is a little park nearby or sit at one of their tables inside. I stopped at Nidia's on the way back from The Strawberry Festival in Plant City.Nidia's offers takeout. The beans were phenomenal, so savory. The grilled chicken was very dry but seasoned well. The ribs were pretty basic.The people running the establishment were so friendly and kind. There is a sense of camaraderie chatting with others waiting for food.
